Poetry Group

What does it do?

This dementia friendly group meets once a month to enjoy listening to poetry. The poems are either chosen by Pat or by members themselves. They choose poems of all kinds, some funny, some thought provoking. Some will bring back memories of our school days and others may be new to us.

When and where?

The group meets once a month on the first Thursday in the month from 11.00am to 12.30pm.

They meet at Coach House Cottage, which is in Royal Oak Mews, exactly opposite The House Cafe in Mayfield High Street.

Coffee Table

How much does it cost?

The cost is £2 and includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
